First, make sure your TV or streaming device is connected to the internet. If you are on a Fire TV or Android TV, try clearing the app cache by going to Settings, then Apps, finding MarketCast, and selecting Clear Cache. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Your portfolio is saved in the cloud, so you will not lose your data.
MarketCast stores your portfolio in the cloud using your Google or Amazon sign-in. Simply install MarketCast on your new device and sign in with the same account. Your portfolios and watchlists will appear automatically.
MarketCast is not currently available on Roku. We support Amazon Fire TV, Android TV (Sony Bravia, TCL, Mi Box, Nvidia Shield), Apple TV, and Chromecast with Google TV. We evaluate new platforms regularly based on user demand and technical feasibility.
