Your Privacy Rights

At MarketCast, we believe you should have full control over your personal data. Whether you signed up through Google or Amazon authentication on any of our supported platforms (Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Chromecast with Google TV), you have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This applies to users in all regions, including those covered by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable data protection laws.

What Data We Store

MarketCast collects and stores a minimal amount of data necessary to provide our stock portfolio service. When you create an account, we store the following information:

• Account information — your name and email address, received through third-party authentication (Google or Amazon)
• Portfolio data — stock ticker symbols, watchlists, portfolio names, and organizational preferences you create within the app
• App preferences — display settings and configuration choices you make within MarketCast

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Fill out the form below with your name and the email address associated with your MarketCast account.
2. In the message field, confirm that you would like your account and all associated data deleted.
3. Submit the form. Your request will be processed by ADAMAPPS, LLC.

What Happens After You Submit

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity using the email address provided. Once verified, all data associated with your MarketCast account is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers. This includes your account information, saved stock portfolios, and all app preferences. No data is retained after deletion, and there is no additional retention period.
